Pt: Desculpem, este vai ter de ser em inglês; é em resposta a um post de outro blog.
Eng: in response to mshinoda’s post…
Actually, if you develop that equation further you’ll find that is not quite how you say in your post. I’ve done some math and I came across this:
So, in (1) we have your original equation.
In (2) I developed it by crossing the right and left parcels of it. By doing the math, we find that Q(T)=+/-D(6)
Now, knowing that if
f(x)=g(y) then x=y
We have, if
Q(T)=+/-D(6) then T=6 OR T=-6 (this is step (3) )
Wich means that the album will come out either June 2010 (T=6) or June 2009(T=-6). Knowing that you will follow your own math, and that your math says that you only have to put the album out in December 2012, you will skip June 2010 and will only release the album in December 2012. BUT, if you do it, then the math would be wrong… So, one of these options will happen in December 2012:
Option 1 – we find out that math failed; but, for the math to fail, it means that math is not reliable at all, meaning that all engineering and scientific works are based on an unreliable math, and the world as we know it will collapse;
Option 2 - the math doesn’t fail, but you’ll have to travell back in time in order to release the album as the math predicted (either June 2009 or 2010). So, in December 2012 you go back in time, but we all know that time is a continuous line and cannot be changed, so the events between December 2012 and June 2009/2010 will remain the same, and you will reach December 2012 again without releasing the album, having to go back in time again, and repeating this time loop endlessly.
So, what does this all mean?
The Mayans were right. The world calendar will STOP at December 2012. Either because the world will collapse due to the math failing, or because you will keep going back in time everytime the calendar reaches that date, preventing the time from advancing any further.
Ultimate conclusion: Linkin Park’s 4th album will blow the world and time itself away and will be responsible for the end of the world as we know it.
You know what? We should have predicted this earlier. I mean, your 3rd album is called Minutes To Midnight, a clear reference to the doomsday clock. When it reaches midnight, it’s the end of the world. Plus, Chester’s Out Of Ashes has a track named ‘End Of The World‘.
Coincidence? I DON’T THINK SO! :0
